Pay that matches the work

• Several ways to pay, set per employee with dated history: clock-in to clock-out, standard shift, or field day (paid on certified job time).
• Overtime after a threshold you set — 8 hours at 1.5× by default — with lunch and breaks handled the same way every time.
• A weekly timesheet grid with hours and pay per day. Any euro figure on screen is the amount payroll will pay.
• Approve, hold or reject a week; held timesheets need a manager’s note.
• A payroll ledger by week or month: basic hours, overtime, pay and paid-leave days.

Check the work once, then pay

• The Job Ledger shows each technician’s steps, timeline and mileage for the day; certify each job as good or flag it.
• A day’s pay is released once all its jobs are certified, paid by scheduled time or by actual hours.
• Bulk certify with undo. Changing a start, end or mileage needs a reason and is logged.
• When a one-off job is fully certified, its invoice is issued automatically.

Time records you can trust

• A workday timeline splits each day into travel, work, breaks, job pauses and idle time.
• A check-in and check-out register shows each shift’s times, locations on a map and length.
• Shifts closed automatically go to a review queue, and unusually long timers are flagged.
