Who we are
The company that operates fieldflow.ie is the controller of the personal data described here.

What this notice covers
The demo request form and the "Pick a time" calendar on fieldflow.ie. The website uses no analytics and sets no cookies of its own.
What we collect
Through the form: your name, company, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, the number of technicians and a message. The spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) receives your IP address when the Book a demo page loads; when you send the form we pass it again to confirm the check. Through "Pick a time": the details you enter on Cal.com's booking page.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your demo request and arrange the demo. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Who receives it
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, runs the Turnstile spam check on the form, and receives mail sent to hello@fieldflow.ie through Email Routing and forwards it to our mailbox.
- Resend, which delivers the form to our mailbox.
- Microsoft, whose Microsoft 365 service holds the mailbox that mail to hello@fieldflow.ie is forwarded to.
- Cal.com, which runs the booking calendar if you use it. Cal.com may set its own cookies once the calendar opens.
If you email info@a1tradesmen.ie or call 1800 910 101, A1 Tradesmen handles your enquiry under its own privacy notice.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Resend, Cal.com and Microsoft are based in the United States. Each states that it transfers personal data under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@fieldflow.ie; we reply within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
